Troy police identify teen killed in weekend shooting

Troy police have identified the young teen shot and killed on 6^th Avenue Saturday night. He is 14-year-old Zaccai James.

Police believe he was deliberately targeted.

Zaccai was about to start his freshman year at Lansingburgh High School.

The school district says counselors are available for any kids who need them.
