Troy manhunt underway after chase involving stolen car

Troy police are looking for a man who they say led them on a chase in a stolen car.
Police say it happened a little after 10 p.m. Saturday in the area of River Street, near Smith Avenue.
They say they spotted a stolen car and tried to pull the driver over, but he took off, leading police on a chase.
They say he eventually crashed the car and fled the scene on foot.
