Gloversville woman now charged with attempted murder in kidnapping, assault case

A Gloversville woman is facing additional charges in Montgomery County in connection to a kidnapping and assault.

The Montgomery County District Attorney says Nicole Elmore is charged with many felonies, including attempted murder and aggravated sexual abuse.

She has also been charged in Fulton County after police say she and her boyfriend, 31-year-old Justin Wilson, kidnapped Wilson’s estranged wife from her Gloversville home on New Year’s Eve, and then held her captive for six days at Elmore’s trailer home in Perth.

State police now say the incident continued into Montgomery County, when the victim was transported to the Knights Inn in Amsterdam.

The Montgomery County District Attorney says charges are forthcoming for Wilson.
