Pittsfield woman receives donated car from non-profit

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – A woman in Pittsfield is now a proud car owner, thanks to a donation.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report Ladorya Green was awarded a 2005 Subaru Legacy.

Good News Garage, a non-profit, gives used vehicles to people across Massachusetts.

The car was donated by an anonymous person.

Good News Garage says the need for donated vehicles is at a critical level.
