Suspected serial robber arrested in Saratoga County

Police have made an arrest in connection with a series of robberies in Saratoga Springs. They say Justin Rock robbed four stores in the Spa City from Saturday night to Monday, and then early Tuesday night he held up a liquor store in Ballston Spa.
Police arrested him Tuesday night at a location in the village.
He’ll be arraigned Wednesday morning in Saratoga Springs City Court.
Assistant police chief Bob Jillson tells Mark Mulholland that Rock did not display a gun, but in each case implied he had one.
