Storm blamed for jackknifed tractor trailer on Thruway

The storm is believed to have a caused a tractor trailer to jackknife on the Thruway Friday morning.
It happened on the eastbound side of I-90 between Exit 26 and Exit 25A in Schenectady County.
The Thruway Authority is urging drivers to slow down and use caution.
