Workers in Troy continue making progress fixing a water main break.
The hole is now filled in, but the road is still closed.
The break prompted boil water advisories in parts of the city on Tuesday. They continued on Wednesday.
One man NewsChannel 13 spoke with described the rush of water on 4th and Polk Streets as a typhoon.
Several homes were flooded.
The superintendent of public utilities says it happened because a 16-inch pipe collapsed.
