New charges for South Colonie teacher arrested for hidden camera

A teacher accused of putting a hidden camera in a faulty bathroom in the South Colonie School District is facing more charges.
State police in Herkimer arrested 57-year-old Patrick Morgan on 11 charges of unlawful surveillance.
He was first arrested back on February 14.
Police say his hidden camera looked like a cell phone charger.
It recorded school staff members in the bathroom at Sand Creek Middle School.
Police say they found more victims in Herkimer County.
All victims have been notified.
Police say there are no implications to any schools or businesses.
Morgan is on administrative leave from the South Colonie School District.
