Trio charged in Berkshire County catalytic converter thefts

Three arrests have been made following a surge of catalytic converter thefts in the city of Pittsfield and Berkshire County.
Investigators arrested 35-year-old Mitchell Sincere Phillips, 52-year-old Joseph Wayne-Bishop and 55-year-old William Ferry Jr. – all of Pittsfield.
The men are facing several charges, including five counts of receiving stolen property.
