One in six kids in our local community deals with food insecurity. A Ballston Spa business is trying to change that one drawing at a time.
Betsy Seplowitz runs Nourish Designs in Ballston Spa.
She sells T-shirts, totes, note cards and other items featuring hand-drawn mandalas she’s created.
A portion of each sale provides funding for meals for kids through the Regional Food Bank.
Seplowitz has expanded her shop’s offering to include items from other artisans, and they’re all on board with Nourish Designs’ mission to help kids in need.
