Paraglider okay after crashing near Thacher Park

It was not a smooth landing for a paraglider in Albany County on Monday.
They crashed into a tree near the Knox-Altamont property line – not far from Thacher Park.
Police and EMS responded to the scene.
Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple says the glider who landed in the tree is doing okay.
