Federal appeals court to hear arguments from NXIVM leaders on Tuesday

NXIVM founder Keith Raniere and Seagram’s Heiress Clare Bronfman are due back in court on Tuesday. They will appear before a Court of Appeals judge.
Raniere plans to appeal his conviction, and Bronfman, her sentence.
Raniere was convicted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, and sentenced to 120 years in prison in October 2020.
Bronfman was sentenced to six years and nine months for her role in NXIVM.
