[anvplayer video=”5159556″ station=”998132″]
The Downtown Schenectady Improvement District invites you to bundle up and enjoy a winter afternoon tasting delicious soups from 34 local restaurants.
You’ll be able to enjoy chowders, bisques, ramen and more – all without leaving downtown. Plus, you’ll find something for every dietary need as some soups are offered as gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan.
All samples cost $1.
You can print out a map in advance so you can scout out the locations participating in the stroll.
Be sure to cast your vote for the “souperstars” at the ballot boxes around downtown. You must visit at least 10 restaurants for your vote to count.
The soup stroll steps off Saturday, Jan. 28, at 11 a.m.
This submission comes to us from the Downtown Schenectady Improvement Corporation.
