DOT plow trucks ready for winter storm

The New York State Department of Transportation has around 180 snowplows ready to go in the Capital Region for this storm.
Crews are prepared to work around the clock in two 12-hour shifts.
The trucks were being loaded up with salt in Latham on Friday morning, and crews were heading out to pre-treat roadways.
