Saratoga County man accused of inappropriate contact with child

A Saratoga County man is accused of having inappropriate contact with a child.
Police were called last October for a report of inappropriate sexual contact between a person under the age of 17 and Philip Spergel, 32, they said.
The inappropriate relationship allegedly happened in Colonie and Brunswick.
Spergel turned himself in to New York State Police in Latham, and was arrested last Friday.
