Vermont man charged with Glens Falls DWI

A Vermont man is accused of driving while drunk in Glens Falls.
William Snell, 52, was pulled over on South Street by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies around 10:30 Thursday night.
Snell was found to be drunk and was arrested, said the sheriff.
Snell refused a breath test.
He was arraigned Friday morning on a charge of DWI.
