Berkshire County man acquitted of 2018 rape allegations

A Berkshire County man has been acquitted of rape allegations following a trial in Berkshire Superior Court.

A jury found Richard Miller, 44, not guilty of what prosecutors claimed happened with a 34-year-old woman in Pittsfield in 2018, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report.

Jurors heard evidence over three days before returning the not guilty verdict.
