A man from Albany is accused of stealing three Social Services vans.
Police say 25-year-old Markeis Val was pulled over in Guilderland while driving one of the stolen vans.
They say early Wednesday morning, someone broke into the building where the vans are parked on Washington Avenue in Albany, stole car keys and three cars belonging to Albany County Social Services.
Police say after Val was caught, they found out he had an outstanding warrant in a different case from last month.
He’s charged with burglary and grand larceny.
