Possible human jawbone found in Schenectady yard

Schenectady police are investigating the possible discovery of a human jawbone.

The mandible was found Thursday in a backyard on Paige Street, said investigators. Some animal bones were also found.
Schenectady Police and New York State Police are now investigating.
The bones are being sent to the State Police lab for analysis, which may include pulling dental records.
