Colonie & Shaker team up to raise money for “15 For Life Foundation”

The Colonie and Shaker girls lacrosse teams teamed up to raise money for the “15 For Life Foundation” which helps spread awareness about the importance of mental health. The foundation was founded by the Kavovit family after former All-American and Syracuse national champion Rob Kavovit committed suicide after silently suffering from depression. Rob’s older brother Jeff spoke to both teams over the winter about the importance of maintaining mental health as well as the resources available to help. See highlights here.
