A New York City man is facing felony DWI charges. Police say his blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit, and he was under the influence of prescription medications.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old John Hobbs was swerving while on the roadway, so deputies pulled him over.
When deputies stopped him, they say Hobbs ran, but was soon caught.
They say he was also driving with a revoked license due to a previous DUI charge and possessed controlled substances.
