Palazzo Riggi to hit auction

The Palazzo Riggi is heading to the auction block.

The palatial Saratoga Springs home first went on sale in September of last year after the death of the owner, philanthropist and businessman Ronald Riggi.
It hit the market at just under $18 million.

But after nearly a year without a sale, the estate will be sold at luxury auction on September 8.
