Rep. Elise Stefanik announced on Saturday that she is expecting a baby in the fall.
She posted two photos with her husband Matt on Instagram, along with the caption, "We’re absolutely overjoyed to announce that our small family of two will soon be three. We’re so excited to share that we are expecting a baby this fall and we cannot wait to meet our precious bundle of joy. Thank you for the warm wishes and prayers from so many. We are truly blessed."
Stefanik was named U.S. House of Representatives GOP conference chair one month ago.
She represents New York’s 21st Congressional District.
