Local student to be SADD president
A Whitehall student will be representing hundreds of thousands when he takes his new role.

Student Louis Pratt will be the National Student Leadership Council president for Students Against Drunk Driving.
He will be representing students around the nation and the world and will act as an advocate and develop prevention programming.
He is the first student from New York chosen as president in the 42-year history of the organization.
