NY state Republicans unveil initiative to curb violence

Republicans in the state Assembly unveiled the "Restore Order Anti-Crime Initiative" on Tuesday.
They say it will address the rise in violent crime across the state.
In the city of Albany, there have been nine homicides this year, six in the month of May alone.
