Equinox announced earlier this month it would not be delivering turkey, as it had been since the pandemic started.
Police, firefighters, businesses and other volunteers will work together to produce more than 200 meals, Mayor Charles Patricelli said.
Equinox is moving back to hosting its traditional group dinner at the First Presbyterian Church in Albany due to financial concerns and a lack of staff.
