Police: Schenectady man drove stolen truck, construction trailer
Man charged in stolen vehicle investigation
A Schenectady man has been arrested for allegedly driving a stolen truck and construction trailer.
Brenden A. Coogan, 29, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
State Police received a complaint on July 31 of vehicles stolen from a business in Princetown. The investigation located the stolen vehicles in Rotterdam. Coogan is accused of operating them without permission after they were reported stolen, police said.
Coogan was transported from the Schenectady County Jail, where he was being held on an unrelated matter, to the State Police station for processing. He was arraigned at the Schenectady City Court and returned to the jail.
