You’ve probably seen those eye-catching Grasshopper commercials where CEO Amanda Triolo fires up her workers. Other commercials feature those workers singing the praises of the HVAC company.

The commercials include shouts of “Get it, girl!” and “Gentlemen, go kill it!”

They are killing it now, but back in 2016 when they were a new company, CEO Amanda Triolo said they were not killing it at all.

The company was floundering when they transitioned from commercial to residential HVAC service, just as the pandemic started.

That changed once Triolo created a mission statement that was employee focused.
