Well-known Long Island oyster farmer Kennan Boyle will be sharing his sustainable Blue Point oysters with festival goers and demonstrate how to shuck an oyster at Indian Ladder Farms in Altamont.

If people don’t like oysters, there will be a special lemon sage sider that pairs well with oysters and farm’s award-winning stout as well as pizza, cider and a special beer for the event.

The event will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
