The Sagamore Resort is inviting people to take part in its first-ever Great Gingerbread Competition.

The contest is open to anyone. Contestants will have their work displayed in the Sagamore Lobby to be voted on by guests who pass through.

Judging is based on criteria including overall appearance, creativity, difficulty and precision.

First place gets you a two-night summer getaway at the Sagamore.
