Saratoga Springs man faces sentencing after admitting to driving drunk, injuring jogger

A Saratoga Springs man is expected to be sentenced Friday after admitting to driving a Lyft while intoxicated.

Patrick Phelan, 53, had a BAC that was four times the legal limit when he hit 72-year-old Andrew Fincke last summer. Fincke was jogging at the time.

Phelan pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular assault in April.
