Ribbon cut at new $25 million housing development in Albany

ALBANY – State and local officials held a ribbon cutting for completion on a $25 million housing development on Central Avenue in Albany.

The Swinburne Apartments offers 74 apartments and nearly 21,000 square feet of commercial space.

The development includes 20 homes for families and individuals with special needs.

The ribbon is cut at the Swinburne Apartments in Albany on Wednesday.[WNYT]
