Man charged in Kingsbury home theft

A Washington County man is facing charges after he stole checks and money from a home, investigators said.
Phillip Kaetzel, 34, took the items from a home in Kingsbury, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
He’s also accused of having illegal drugs.
Kaetzel was charged with forgery, petit larceny, criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Kaetzel was arraigned and released.
