Albany Police investigating shooting
Albany Police are investigating a shooting on Saturday.
Officers received a report of shots fired in the area of Myrtle Avenue and New Scotland Avenue at around 6:30 p.m. When police arrived, they learned that the 24-year-old victim walked into Albany Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the stomach.

Officers received a report of shots fired in the area of Myrtle Avenue and New Scotland Avenue at around 6:30 p.m. When police arrived, they received a call from Albany Medical Center staff that the 24-year-old victim walked into the hospital with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
The victim is in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
