Police: Middleburgh man fired guns recklessly
A Middleburgh man is accused of firing guns recklessly.
State Police responded to home in Middleburgh for a report of possible trespassing. Jeremiah J. Gagne, 36, allegedly fired three rounds in unsafe directions from long guns before police arrived.
No one was injured.
Gagne had the guns illegally because he had previous felony convictions, police said. The guns were seized.
He was taken to Schoharie County Jail to await arraignment.
