Albany Police responded to a report of a bomb threat at a restaurant.

It happened at 605 Smash on Madison Avenue Saturday around 3 p.m.

Police determined that there was no bomb or threat to the business, and the building was cleared.

Someone from the restaurant said it was suspicious activity with a customer.
