This is tied to the shooting death of Shieer Leggett in Cohoes.
Mitchell was re-indicted in February for attempted murder after his original murder charge was thrown out.
He’s also accused of a criminal sex act, but the Albany County District Attorney’s Office wants to move both cases together, it said.
