Police say accused Hamburglar broke into McDonald’s in Ballston Spa

A man from Ballston Spa is accused of breaking into the local McDonald’s, stealing food, and destroying property.

Bryan Brust is charged with grand larceny, burglary, and criminal mischief.

According to the Saratoga County Sheriffs Office, Brust broke into the restaurant on Church Avenue early Monday morning. They say they searched his apartment and turned up items that were stolen.

Brust was arraigned in Ballston Town Court and released.
