State tax employee accused of dropping cocaine bag at work
An employee with the New York State Department of Tax and Finance is accused of dropping a bag of cocaine as he left work last week.
State police say other workers found the drugs and a digital scale at the Harriman Office Campus in Albany.
Tejuan Carter, 44, from Albany was arrested when he returned to work on Monday.
He is charged with criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance and was sent to the Albany County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
