Lawsuit forces DiCarlo’s Gentlemen’s Club to shut down for now

COLONIE – One of the Capital Region’s most well-known strip clubs is closing. DiCarlo’s Gentlemen’s Club posted on its Facebook page that it’s temporarily closing on Saturday.
They lost a lawsuit filed by "Baywatch"-actress Carmen Electra and two other models and actresses for using their photos in advertising without permission.
The lawsuit was filed in 2020.
DiCarlo’s says it cannot renew the insurance or find a new carrier for their operation.
