Albany County reports 234 new COVID cases; hospitalizations stay flat

COVID cases continue to rise in Albany County.
County Executive Dan McCoy said Friday there were 234 new cases since his Thursday update.
There are 65 county residents currently hospitalized, including seven new patients. However, the net number of hospitalizations is flat from Thursday to Friday.
Nine patients are in the ICU.
No new deaths were reported.
