ALBANY – The Red Cross is helping five people displaced by a fire in Albany Wednesday morning.

Chief Joseph Gregory tells NewsChannel 13 his crews had the fire at 644 Central Avenue knocked down in about 20 minutes.

They kept it contained to that one building.
