Arrest made in Schodack motel stabbing

SCHODACK – State police have arrested a man in connection with a stabbing at a Schodack motel.

Dominick Mariani, 39, of Albany is now facing charges.

Police responded to the Four Seasons Motel on Friday, where they found a 37-year-old man with stab wounds.

The victim was taken to Albany Med, where he was treated and released.

Police say Mariani and the victim knew each other.

Mariani was arraigned and sent to the Rensselaer County Jail.
