Arrest made in Whitehall stabbing

WHITEHALL – A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Whitehall on Thursday.
Sergio Vasquez-Ramirez, 24, was arraigned on Friday morning.
He is accused of attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say the stabbing happened on West Street.
The condition of the victim is not known.
