Sheriff deputies are dealing with hundreds of dollars in damage at the booking room at the Albany County Sheriff’s Patrol Station. This comes after deputies saw a property damage motorcycle accident.

When deputies arrived to the scene, they say they found 31-year-old Jeffrey Homeyer.

Police say Homeyer failed multiple field sobriety tests, and was arrested for DWI.

When taken to the police station, police say Homeyer got aggressive and started damaging property inside the booking room.

Homeyer has a previous DWI charge, and has been charged with DWI and felony criminal mischief.
