Bethlehem Police trying to ID person hit by car

Bethlehem police need help identifying a pedestrian hit by a vehicle on River Road in Glenmont.
Police say the driver was heading south at 1 a.m. Monday when she struck a person pushing a shopping cart in the middle of the southbound lane.
The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center with serious injuries.
Police believe the victim is of Middle Eastern descent.
Anyone with information on the crash or may know the identity of the victim is asked to call police.
