Bethlehem police warn of rise in parking lot thefts

Bethlehem police are investigating an increase in thefts at heavily populated parking lots, like malls and sporting events.

Police say it’s the work of the Felony Lane Gang.

They say the thieves smash the windows of vehicles, and steal purses, wallets and other items containing personal identification.

Police are asking people to bring only what is needed when going to these venues, and avoid leaving personal items in your car.
