Bisson’s 37 yard game-winning field goal gives RPI the Shoes & a playoff berth

A week ago Trevor Bisson wasn’t on the RPI football team. Saturday his game-winning 37 yard field goal as time expired gave the Engineers the Dutchman Shoes trophy and the Liberty League’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Union led 17-7 in the 4th quarter before RPI put together a comeback. After a late touchdown got the Engineers within 17-16, RPI recovered and onside kick to set up Bisson’s game-winner. RPI won 19-17.
