Burnt Hills man charged with strangulation

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Burnt Hills man for allegedly strangling someone.

Todd Axton is facing several felony charges.

Deputies responded to a home in Burnt Hills last week.

They say he had an order of protection, protecting the victim he strangled.

Authorities also say they found several illegal guns at his home.
