Capital Region banks fully embracing digital age

Many of us aren’t going to the bank to do our banking. A recent survey from Forbes found 78% of Americans prefer to bank digitally through a mobile banking app or bank website.
It’s not just the big global banks making the move to digital. Local banks throughout the Capital Region – like Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company – are transforming to meet the needs of their clients.
From depositing checks to checking your balance, transferring money, paying bills, applying for a mortgage, or even using the app to lock your debit card, Dave DeMarco with Saratoga National Bank says pretty much anything you can do at a bank can be done digitally. It’s a valuable benefit during the pandemic, but he reminds us of the value of being able to reach a person when you need one.
